Wow I'm 2 days late, how cool am I? So how was everyone's Mother's Day? I have a cool story for you all.
A friend of mine's mom had no idea that it was mother's day at all (shocking, because so many moms are so....lets use excited, about it). So when my friend was all saying "Happy Mother's day" both of them genuinely thought that it was mother's day. My friend's mom was all like "ohhh, thank you".
Too bad my friend got it wrong and it was still SATURDAY
I'll let you guys guess yourselves who this friend might be. ;)
Anyways, I had no idea how to ask my mom "Hey, let me take a photo of you so I can put your face publicly onto the web" because she, like a lot (or some) of moms, still think that everyone on the net lies and tries to scam you (Hell, I might not even be who you think I am). So I couldn't, so this is the product of that fear.
I didn't have a bad one, I hung out with my mom (yes, I hang with my mom, I had nothing of monetary value to give her[I'm an awesome son, i know]).
Another friend of mine worked at a shop and said the best thing he saw that day was the huge line-up full of dads who didn't buy their wives a gift (I'm gonna turn out like that). Oh god, what an over-commercialized....day, wow, not even a holiday.
