So apparently we hit a record temperature today (for this day, May 26, or around this time), and it was 32 degrees today and the record was 31.2C... in 1944. 66 FRIGIN YEARS AGO.
Time to amp up the air-conditioning.
Anyways, I photoshopped myself recently (because i still can't get out of the house, damn ankle). And was able to amuse myself with the flawlessness of my skin. Of course, this got old and it got me thinking. Why are we so intent on hiding flaws? I mean, besides the "hollywood presents us with an image that forces us to try to reach the same level", why does hollywood make it so appealing? and why do we suck it all up?
100% of all the magazines we read have people airbrushed and liquified to the extent where sometimes we can't even recognize them nemore (happened to madonna + kelly clarkson), so is this at all healthy?
I cant believe my grandma actually said i looked like gu teen lok (Louis Koo)
