Rained again in Hamilton (Damn you bad weather. Hope it's better in Toronto). But this time i still brought my camera out to try to see what I can take in the rain.
Paths. I just started wondering if it is better to have a path given to you to follow (such as your parents wishes), or should you try to embrace the freedom given to you by life and try to build you're own end?
I personally will never wish to be given something on a silver platter to follow. I'd hate the fact that I didn't work hard for it and at the end of the day, would be unable to appreciate it as much as I should (for example, parents). Even the person who won a lottery must take at least the effort to, not only pay $2 or however much it is to get a try, but also put all their hopes and dreams onto one ticket.
And say for love. Would I like it if it dropped from the sky and we gelled perfectly? No. I'm starting to be convinced that the little fights are what you need to keep the relationship stronger and without them, you guys shouldn't be together, just be friends. But when you finally meet the person you know you love (all of them, the good and the bad - Valentines Day[Film]), then fight for them. Fight like hell to make them realize that whatever you guys have is worth it, because as cliche as it seems "True love conquers all". (Which is why some friends piss me off when they throw it all away for absurd reasons.)
Message of the day: Don't be shaped to become who you think you need to be, just become who you want to be.
